Tier II Player Ranked Number One by the NHL!

For the first time in the history of the NHL a Tier II Junior A player is ranked NUMBER ONE.No that is not a typo it says NUMBER ONE! Kyle Turris of the British Columbia Hockey League(BCHL) a member of the Canadian Junior A Hockey League(CJAHL) which operates under the jurisdictional of Hockey Canada is ranked number one by NHL Central Scouting.  Kyle Turris who was selected CJAHL Player of the Year racked up an amazing 147 points in 67 games. His team the Burnaby Express won the RBC Cup last year. He will be playing in the NCAA next year and will be attending and playing for Wisconsin University working towards a Business Degree.

For all those naysayers who say the Hockey Canada program isn’t work, well the proof is in the pudding!
